3.4 KYC Verification. 54 plus may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS-issued ID, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.
3.5 Account Currency. All accounts on 54 plus are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 54 plus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) business day. 54 plus reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal requests.
4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to 54 plus must originate from a payment source legitimately owned by you. The use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited. 54 plus complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. 54 plus reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit where this is technically possible. Withdrawals will only be made in favor of the account holder and will not be processed to third parties.
5.1 General. 54 plus may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 54 plus reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. 5.4 Eligibility. 54 plus reserves the right to limit or restrict bonus eligibility based on player history, geographic location, or payment method used. Players who have self-excluded or have pending KYC verifications are not eligible to claim bonuses during those periods.
6.1 Game Availability. The availability of specific games on 54 plus is subject to change. 54 plus reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend games without prior notice. No compensation will be offered for the removal of a game.
6.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on 54 plus are independently certified and audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, network failure, or technical error, all affected game rounds will be voided and bets returned to the player's account. 54 plus's decision regarding the resolution of technical errors is final.
6.4 Disconnection. 54 plus is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your internet disconnection during an active game session. Where a game round was already in progress at the time of disconnection, the round will be completed by the system and the result applied to your account.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 54 plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
10.2 54 plus's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 54 plus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
11.1 By You. You may close your 54 plus account at any time by contacting customer support. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification, subject to standard processing times.
11.2 By 54 plus. 54 plus reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without notice for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months; or compliance with a legal or regulatory direction.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 54 plus customer support for informal resolution. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
13.1 54 plus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
13.2 Your continued use of the 54 plus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
